What is your recruiting process?

What are your fees?
We ensure that our fees fit each market. We are a fair-partnership and make sure that we don't over complicate an easy process. A wise investor once said, "Price is what you pay; value is what you get."
How long does it take for you to produce resumes for me?
This all depends on the position and requests you have made. If we can't locate anyone of quality, we will inform you immediately! Our goal is to provide urgency while maintaining the quality of our team's ability to explain your story and opportunity to the candidates. We will work quickly without cutting corners.
Do you conduct reference & background checks?
We do not check criminal background reports. Generally, our clients prefer to use their services as we are a direct hire firm. However, we ask for any background concerns that will open up further discussions, and we conduct employment checks to verify DOE if requested by the clients.
Can you keep our name and information confidential?
We make sure that we keep the information of our clients and applicants in-house. We do not share client names in our postings or tell our candidates the client name until you ask for an interview.

Greenfield Staffing Solutions employs HR professionals that help with company policy building and creating internal recruitment practices. Our goal is to support companies that do not have a traditional HR team.
